By participating in the Farmstand Revival Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:
The referrer must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years old.
Employees of Farmstand Revival and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are eligible to participate.
The referred business must be a new customer, meaning it has never previously signed a contract with Farmstand Revival.

Referral Bonus & Payment:
A referrer will receive a one-timeΒ $299 cash bonus for each eligible business they refer that signs a 12-month contract with Farmstand Revival and completes their first monthly invoice payment.
Payments will be sent via PayPal only after internal confirmation of the contract signing and payment. No alternative payment methods are available.
A referrer can earn a maximum of five (5) referral bonuses per calendar year.

Referral Submission & Tracking:
The referrer must submit referrals through the official Farmstand Revival referral form before the referred business signs a contract.
The referred business must sign the 12-month contract within three (3) months of the referral submission for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.
Only one referrer can claim a bonus per referred business. If multiple people refer the same business, the bonus will be awarded to the first valid referral submitted.

Tax Compliance:
If a referrer earns $600 or more in referral bonuses within a calendar year, they must provide Farmstand Revival with a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving additional payments, in compliance with U.S. tax laws.
Referral bonuses may be subject to tax reporting. Referrers are responsible for reporting earnings and paying any applicable taxes.

Program Expiration & Modifications:
This program expires on March 7, 2025.
Farmstand Revival reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals submitted before program termination will still be honored if they meet the eligibility criteria.

General Terms:
Farmstand Revival reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Decisions made by Farmstand Revival regarding eligibility and payments are final.
Participation in this program does not create any employment or contractual relationship between the referrer and Farmstand Revival.
